Once payment is made, your 21 Day Get Tight Challenge will be sent to your email with full details and instructions on how to get started. I take the guess work out for you and instruct you on exactly which workout routines you should do each day as well as food recommendations to eat for RESULTS. Weight & equipment recommendations will be given for all Fitness Levels as well as other tips for optimal results. (Women & Men)
You'll have easy access from all electronic devices during this challenge. You also have the option to print all information needed.
Note: There will be no mobile or online support with this 21 Day Get Fit Challenge for $21. However, if you have a problem with accessing your challenge I'll be more than glad to assist and answer questions.
